Hearing Aid Sales and Service
Hearing aid selection and fitting using visible speech real ear measurement for verification. We offer a wide range of
hearing aid styles and levels of technology to meet all budgets. In-office repairs and factory repairs of most models
are available. Loaner hearing aids are available to use while your aid is being repaired.
Total Hearing Care
Two and three year extended warranty and loss and damage policies available on many models. Hearing aid
accessories and batteries available at a discount. Extensive patient and family education and support is provided.
Loaner library of books available for patients on hearing loss, adjustment to hearing aids, and related issues.
Custom Earmolds
Custom hearing protection for people who work or play in loud noise or music, industrial hearing protection. Custom
earmolds for musicians, hunters, swim molds, iPOD, hands free cell phones and in-the-ear monitor molds.
Assistive Devices
When hearing aids are not enough or not appropriate we offer devices for the TV, telephone, FM classroom amplification,
body aids, and sound alert devices.

Community and Patient Education
We have numerous lectures and presentations on help for hearing loss and hearing conservation. Please talk
to Dale Rapke H.I.S. if you would like a speaker for your community or school group. We have a lending
library for patients and their families with resources on hearing loss and hearing aids.
Home Visits
Testing and hearing aid services are available for those who are unable to come to the office.
